Physical Products

Physical books and other physical products purchased through The Leaders Keys are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

We currently offer:

Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated 1–2 business days

Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order processing, production, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some books are produced and fulfilled through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production and fulfillment times may vary before an order is shipped.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Digital Products

Digital products, including digital KeyBooks, workbooks, assessments, and other downloadable resources, do not require shipping. After a successful purchase, digital products are delivered electronically through our digital delivery system.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item when applicable so that we can review the issue and assist you.
